JSR Wheels stands behind the quality of our products. We are committed to providing wheels that meet the highest standards of strength, finish, and performance. Please review the following warranty information carefully.
Structural Warranty
All JSR wheels are warranted against structural manufacturing defects for five (5) years from the date of purchase by the original owner. This warranty applies only to wheels purchased through authorized JSR Wheels dealers and installed correctly on vehicles for which they are intended, within the load capacity ratings.
Structural defects are defined as any defect in material or workmanship that results in a failure of the wheel structure during intended use.
If a structural defect occurs, JSR Wheels will, at its discretion, replace or issue credit for the affected wheel.
Finish Warranty
JSR Wheels provides a warranty on wheel finishes (paint, powder coat, or clear coat finishes) for one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original owner.
This finish warranty covers defects in workmanship such as peeling, cracking, or excessive discoloration under normal use and proper maintenance.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover the following:
- Wheels that have been improperly installed, repaired, modified, or altered.
- Damage or defects caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, racing, off-road use, overloading, or impact with objects (such as potholes, curbs, or road debris).
- Cosmetic damage, including surface scratches, stone chips, or corrosion due to improper care, harsh cleaning chemicals, salt, road grime, brake dust, or other environmental factors.
- Normal wear and tear, including pitting or discoloration of chrome or painted surfaces caused by neglect.
- Damage caused by using tires of improper size, load rating, or inflation.
- Wheels installed on vehicles exceeding the wheel’s load rating.
- Damage occurring during shipping, mounting, or installation.
Maintenance Requirements
To maintain warranty coverage, wheels must be properly cared for:
- Clean wheels regularly using mild soap and water only.
- Avoid acidic or abrasive cleaners, harsh brushes, or pressure washers directly on the finish.
- Dry wheels thoroughly after cleaning to prevent spotting or corrosion.
- Ensure that tires are properly inflated and that wheels are re-torqued as per vehicle manufacturer recommendations after installation.
Failure to maintain the wheels properly may void the warranty.
Warranty Claim Process
All warranty claims must be submitted through the authorized dealer where the wheels were purchased. The original proof of purchase is required for all claims.
If JSR Wheels determines that a wheel is defective in material or workmanship, it will replace the wheel or issue credit at its sole discretion.
Warranty replacements or credits cover the wheel(s) only.
Shipping costs, mounting, dismounting, balancing, labor charges, loss of use, or any other consequential costs are not covered.
JSR Wheels reserves the right to inspect all warranty returns prior to making a final determination on any claim.

- No representative or dealer is authorized to make any warranty, guarantee, or promise on behalf of JSR Wheels.
- Warranty coverage applies only to wheels purchased new from an authorized dealer. Wheels purchased second-hand or from unauthorized resellers are not covered.
